In my journey towards self-discovery, I have come to realise the profound significance of pain.  A series of what I call ‘potholes’ and then one almighty ‘crater’, bringing unrelenting pain and loss on all levels of my being. It was this experience that led me to look deeper.

When the intensity of pain is so dominant, the challenge was to look beyond it, and to also embrace, nurture and liberate the parts experiencing pain. It was in that intense place that a wise voice inside me said:

“What if you are simply here to play in the light as the light that you are?”

​

And so, I do…
