Why Meditate?

Sometimes our best ideas come when we are doing nothing in particular. Take sitting on the loo. While you’re doing a ‘download’ another ‘download’ can be happening. Perhaps a brilliant idea or a solution to a problem that has troubled you for some time.

And whilst I’m not suggesting that you spend all of your time on the loo, the act of sitting without the distractions of technology etc allows the wisdom within you to present itself.

Now imagine if you gave yourself more ‘nothing’ time, space to just be – no expectation of anything.

That’s where developing a meditation practice is simply a way that allows a space for you to relax your body, mind & heart and connect to the wisdom within you. So that with practice you can become a real wise ass, I mean wise one!
